I tried translating Hebrew and it doesn’t help. You cannot make an appointment when you don’t know where or why the appointment is for! Hated it!!! ### 1/5 — “Proof of work” *2022-06-06, version 3.5.351* Feels like the government version of bitcoin’s “proof of work”. Finding and scheduling an appointment takes so much work. Because there are no appointments available (not this app fault), you need to search multiple times until you find one. You look at one location, tap back and then need to go again through the long, login process. The laboratory of my medical service provider is now closed so the app doesn’t allow me to schedule a visit. Not accurate in line queueing but at least it checks you in. Update Came to the registrar office, thinking of giving this app one more chance since it’s advertised in the waiting area. My school, Florida International University doesn’t even show up! I allowed the location service and notification and still does not work! I have two iPhones (using my Wifi or outdoors with data), and I also tried on several iPhones in the Apple store (using their Wifi), plus computers (theirs and mine), an iPad, and also at an ATT store (their phones and mine, using their Wifi). I’m on for a short time AT BEST, then denied access (or the screen greys), whether I entered further into the site or app or not. It is the message I get on my iphone when I launch the app. The android version is still ok. Please fix it ASAP. ### 1/5 — אפלקציה כושלת *2023-03-25, version 3.6.0* אני שם בצד את זה שהאפליקציה לא עובדת וכותבת שאין יכולת לבצע פעולות באותו רגע. אין תורים כמעט באף לשכה שסימתי לתאם פגישה לטובת חידוש דרכון. באתר רשום שהיכולת שלי להיכנס לרשימת ההמתנה היא רק באפליקציה, והאפליקציה לא עובדת! 
העצה שלי - לסנן אופציה לפעולה שאני רוצה לבצע לפני שאני בוחר את המשרד בוא ארצה להגיע. שהאתר/אפליקציה תראה לי איפה פנוי ואני כבר אבחר לפי מה שנוח לי.

On one hand, it’s been incredibly helpful having accessing so many essential agencies all in one app, with a clear straight way to arrange appointments. The problem is that it constantly isn’t working. I WANT to give this app 5 stars, and I happily will as soon as the issues are fixed. ### 4/5 — Great *2017-08-22, version 3.0.3* This app is amazing because instead of waiting in line just to check in, you can check in on the app and immediately be put on the waiting list. It will even tell you what your place in line is. The only thing I don't like is that that number never changes.
