Like any other landlord, they want you to set up direct deposit. Just use the website to pay your rent boys. ### 1/5 — App has potential but it doesn’t even function *2026-04-02* The app takes 3 mins to load between screens. I can’t check my billing it crashes and app closes. I can’t access my payment history, it says n/a for everything and I’ve been using it for years. When trying to sign in for last 3 days (today is the 2nd of the month) is said my account didn’t exist. When I made a payment is said it didn’t go through and to check my billing (which crashes the app) so I tried again and it charged me twice according to my landlord when I called. The landlord says they don’t have access to the app so they don’t know anything about the customer experience. It seems vista property just sell their product and don’t care about the tenant experience. Like I said, this app has potential…. It’s laggy as hell as you’re waiting to login. Payment screen gives an error and goes through anyway. This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. Update: now you can’t even login to the app at all. lol.
