Strangely, even when my payment goes through successfully, I often receive an error message. I do get confirmation emails that my payment was processed, but the inconsistency is frustrating. Overall, the app feels like it’s running on software from the 1980s it’s outdated, clunky, and needs a major performance overhaul. ### 1/5 — EXTREMELY SLOW. *2025-08-08* App is very slow. I have an iPhone 15.. and this app is acting like it’s running on a 1956 Nokia. Your building management website is faster than this. This app needs major renovations. If you want to close out of a page and press x, it takes a good minute to close. And goes back to the home page instead of back to the original page I was on.. so then I gotta find that page again and wait a minute for it to open it.. it’s just annoying. You’d think with the millions of dollars this company makes monthly, they’d be able to renovate their app to be modern and not from 1812. Anyways, your building management website is faster. Like any other landlord, they want you to set up direct deposit. I can’t check my billing it crashes and app closes. I can’t access my payment history, it says n/a for everything and I’ve been using it for years. When trying to sign in for last 3 days (today is the 2nd of the month) is said my account didn’t exist. When I made a payment is said it didn’t go through and to check my billing (which crashes the app) so I tried again and it charged me twice according to my landlord when I called. The landlord says they don’t have access to the app so they don’t know anything about the customer experience. It seems vista property just sell their product and don’t care about the tenant experience. Like I said, this app has potential…. One of the most major problems is when you make a payment an error code pops up, but if you try again you will get double charged and have to wait weeks for a refund via cheque. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2025-10-03* This app constantly crashes and limits access to features. As soon as you click on certain features the whole app crashes. Website version is much better. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Feedback for next update *2024-03-28, version 2024.02.02* I like to app design and everything but I find the issue with going back to a previous screen, slightly annoying, like for instance once you login and you can see your billing, repair and your message option. Whenever I click on billing and then close the billing option, it brings up the tenant portal loading screen, which I think is unnecessary. If you guys can remove that section of the loading screen, so it can just be seamless when I close it without it just reloading and showing the tenant portal loading screen before going back to the previous screen, try to give it a smooth transition like most apps are. ### 2/5 — Cannot see any messages *2022-05-18, version 2022.04.0* I am unable to read any messages. My message box indicates there are 12 messages however when I hit the button to see any messages, the inbox is blank.
