## What is MyVitals Tracker?

MyVitals Tracker helps patients and caregivers log health vitals privately on their phone—no account or internet required.

When doctors ask you to monitor vitals during chemotherapy, antibody treatment, or other prolonged illnesses, tracking and logging between visits is critical. This app lets you record temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, blood sugar, and weight—and share the data with your provider when needed.

• Record metrics with date and time
• Set your doctor-prescribed normal ranges
• View readings outside those ranges in Alerts
• See weekly overviews and trends
• Export as CSV to share with your doctor
• Support for °C/°F, lbs/kg

All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is shared on the internet. The app does not collect or transmit any user data. It's your data and you own it.

Designed for patients, caregivers, and anyone who needs to keep a private vitals log for their healthcare team.

### 3/5 — So close….

*2026-04-05*

I really like the simplicity of the interface and collective data gathering this app provides. One of the only I found that would collect and trend BP, glucose, pulse, PO, etc. and it won’t interfere with my own Apple Health data since I’m capturing data about someone else. As one member of a caregiver team for a family however, it would be more useful if I could share the app and data entry with family so we could collectively track a loved-ones vitals. That way all the data is in one place rather than localized by user. I get the privacy advantage, but this would be a very nice option.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the supportive feedback. I would like to hear the feature you want in detail. Currently you can share either one (from an individual metric) or bulk from settings page share the data. However, the sharing is through iPhone share sheet. Data is sent as plain text with metric name and measure for individual metric, as a csv from the settings page.

Please let me know how you would like to see this feature enhanced.

Thank you.
