My Vital View offers a simple way to transmit health measurements from:

Good app, but annoying. It frequently freezes. Requires a restart of BlueTooth on my iPhone way too often. Earlier version worked better in my opinion. I don't recall having so many problems.

I like this app because I can store my vitals in one spot. I can easily pull up my history to share with others docs when needed too.

I loved this app for the first month, as it cleanly keeps your vitals even if you manually enter them, but after a month, it logged me out, and now I can’t access my data anymore, this was a bad buy

So far I have not had the issues that the previous review were put in. I transferred a month or more of blood glucose , blood pressure, and weight without having to restart the app wants.
When entering blood glucose, however, my readings are listed as high on occasions when they are actually good. This may be due to not being able to enter anything for event. Therefore, the app does not know if it is before or after eating. This is only an assumption and would love to hear from the developer on this.
The only other two things to mention are, first world problems. You have to pull the screen down whenever you want to do a manual entry, and when you need to enter a number the keyboard still pops up instead of the numeric keypad. Like I said first world issues not a big problem with those last two otherwise I really like the app. 
The previous reviewer said he preferred a My Vitals over this app. I feel the other way I just moved all of my records from My Vitals to My Vitals view. 
Fix the issue with the blood sugar readings and I will give this app a five star.

I wanted to like this app because it features a relative clean.line user interface, and because it will take inputs directly from "smart" Bluetooth devices. I can't recommend it, however. If you enter data manually, the app accepts the data, but it then freezes and will not allow you to input additional data. Thus, if, for example, you input your temperature, the app won't respond if you try to input your SP02 level. The only way around this problem is to re-start the app, which is a pain. 

Finally. I wish the app would use words rather than symbols in its icons. It is not intuitive to see a raindrop and think "glucose level."

I tried several apps to maintain vital sign records and found My Vitals to be the best. This one was second - a lot of these apps are very buggy.
