If you are trying to connect to 5 MHz they will not work. I have six of these cameras and they all work great. If you follow the instructions you will not have any issues. It has the ability to change from 1080p or drop down to like 420p depending on internet connections (this is probably where most people are falling off the ledge and quitting their set up due to not checking out all the settings. Has 4 preset camera angles plus you can manually move the camera anywhere you want to view. Motion triggers video recordings and it even has a siren to scare away intruders if your not at home. I definitely recommend you get a SD card to store info locally. P.S If you can barely use a cell phone this product is not for you. ### 1/5 — Your app is down again… *2022-03-06* What a surprise as it’s down more than it works.
