Can’t leave the environmental controls (AC or heating) on overnight while camping (it turns off after 30 Min). Then sometimes not all of the options of the app (door locks for example) will come up and I have to restart. It throws constant error messages and only functions maybe two days out of two months. I contacted support, but their only advice was to "give it time" which isn't a real fix. Only works 50% of the time and having to use a code to confirm location is annoying. This app is basic and an embarrassment to VW engineers. VW Canada don’t allow the vehicle to connect through Bell network, which is what my Toyota pickup uses, and it works great in all NL.
