You can come up with great requests, ways to make roadways safer, complain about city ordinance violations, and it really doesn't matter. They tell you it's not their job or they are working on it or there's nothing they can do about it. So I'm deleting the app. The city of Waco does what they want to do. This app is useless.

I think we need JUST an app to pay the water. It’s tiring every single time I have to log in with my account number. There should be a way to save it, so I can just go in and simply hit “pay bill” I have to find my bill make sure I have my card because nothing is stored or saved. That’s the only thing that’s a hassle. With technology being the way it is, there definitely is a simpler way. My electric app is the easiest I hit one button and I’m done.

The maps allow you to move the pin and drop it on a specific location/address, but it would be super helpful if you could also pick intersections.  Every time I try to choose an intersection, the location plots as the nearest address when it’s not that address that is the issue.
