After reading other reviews, this has been terrible for years. Pretty sad the developers can’t fix these issues after years. Then, it wont let me out log in to see your pup. Tried password reset, delete and reinstall the app…nothing. Now we have no visibility into how our pup is doing:( they need a better app ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2024-06-08* The camera are kinda blurry and you can’t really see but otherwise it’s very good and doesn’t lag.But the hotel is very good we tried a different hotel and they said our dogs didn’t want to go in and to try again or a different place so we tried Wag hotel and our dogs went in their hotel very early with no hesitation and it’s VERY safe. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for your kind words regarding the care provided.
