Don’t waste your time! It will delete all your work and you have to start over

Moved into a new house and was forced to use this app by the property manager.  Not user friendly, doesn’t save any work done, had to start over about 4 times, can’t upload pictures.  You’d be better off printing out a pdf doc and emailing it to your landlord/property manager.

This app has so many bugs and issues. Using this app made my mandatory walk through EXTREMELY tedious and annoying. It took forever, it didn’t save any of my inputs, and the interface is horrible. If you have to use this app for a rental, I’m so sorry. I only gave it one star because I have to give a star. 0 stars. Terrible app.

My sadistic landlord forced me to use this and that should be illegal- it is so so bad.  There were areas of the house that showed up on the report that I couldn’t review to make comments on and the default of you tried to say something didn’t apply was to kick you out of that section.  HATE THIS APP.  Cruel developers should really go back to grade school.

Tried to access it after I submitted my report, kept closing on me.  The  PDF I was sent of my report is not accessible and shows an error.

Everytime and I click a room and check off the condition of one item on the list, it goes back to the main page instead of letting me check off every item.

This is a pretty good app honestly.  The reason it didn’t get five stars is my only complaint if I put a picture in and I didn’t want it there later due to a wrong category for example. I was unable to figure out how to correct it by getting rid of the picture.

The first time I used this app there were some bugaboos. Looks like they have gotten them worked out now!
