I said no. So now it’s a review. I cannot see the time clock. It only has estimated guesses for my punches and only shows me my actual punch after I do the next. It no longer shows how long I’ve worked in a shift. Previously I’ve had to screenshot my timesheet because it was acting wonky and the next day HR would say I was missing a punch. That has happened on three occasions. Which is why I’ve started screenshotting my timesheet every time the app acts up. At least 2/3 times I open the app after putting in my pin it is just frozen until I close out and go back in. Sometimes it will still be frozen and I have to try again. The AI they force us to use to search for items is so stupid and will sometimes show the completely wrong item or just say it doesn’t understand what I said, when I just typed something simple like “shovel”. I used to be able to ask it to show me the schedule for everyone in my department for a certain day which was extremely useful. Now it just says it “can’t find that schedule” no matter how I word my request. Sometimes the AI takes forever to load when I first open it and I just have to stand there in front of the customer waiting for way too long. Also, swapping shifts with coworkers no longer works AT ALL. The section where it is supposed to show what coworkers are clocked in & out or on meal also no longer works AT ALL. STOP HAVING AI CODE YOUR APP. IT’S INCOMPETENT. HIRE REAL PEOPLE. MAKE THE APP WORK. I ended up clocking in the old fashioned way with my id badge on the actual time clock ( if it has a barcode on the back you can do this). Once I was in I was able to adjust the time on my phone with no problems. We can temporarily fix it by removing the app from background apps. And some features of the Vizpick, which auto-prints when labeling the item, make that much easier for all associates who are working in the backroom. For another suggestion, please make the application for low-end devices, especially for those associates who have low-end devices that can afford phones. so that they can work fast and not worry about the app that keeps them working slowly.
