Only improvements I would like to see is a way to schedule your monthly bill payment without autopay and a way for a person to report trouble they find or see. Many a time I see security / street lights burning during the day or loose connections arching at night while traveling in the Walton EMC area. If you are using that many kWh per day you have enough money to afford that and it doesn’t fase you at all. Power outage doesn’t work and it will just randomly crash.
