MyWatchtower is the resident app for gated communities, HOAs, and CDDs. Add guests, send QR codes, and see who came through the gate, all from your phone. GUESTS AND VENDORS Add a guest before they arrive and the gate has their name. You can include a photo, a vehicle, and notes for gate staff. Make housekeepers, dog walkers, and other regulars permanent guests and you only add them once. SCHEDULES Choose the days and hours each guest can come through the gate. Your lawn service can have weekdays from 8 to 5 and nothing else. QR CODES Send a guest a QR code by text or email, and they scan it at the gate when they arrive. You don't need to call ahead or wait by the phone. GATE PIN Get your own PIN for unstaffed gates. Set a custom code, or generate a new one anytime. WALLET AND DOORS Your QR codes, PINs, and doors are in your wallet. Open community doors from the app. ENTRY HISTORY See every entry at your address, allowed or denied. Search by name, address, or plate. NOTIFICATIONS Get a notification each time a guest is let in or turned away. FOR YOUR COMMUNITY Community managers handle resident onboarding, access permissions, vendors, announcements, and reports from one dashboard, with a comprehensive activity history. On-site gate staff use the Mission Control dashboard to verify visitors, log entries with notes, and look up resident information. MyWatchtower connects to Brivo or HID access control hardware and Eagle Eye camera feeds. It supports mobile credentials, QR codes, key fobs, PINs, and license plate recognition, for one gate or many entrances. The platform runs in the cloud with encrypted data storage. We love the new Incident Reporting dashboard. Our community has used this tool for well over 100 reports and these improvements help us navigate and export the content.
