I was a tech support agent and don’t have issues with passwords. Now every time I tap Face ID the app crashes. Send an email and don’t get a reply even after system sends you confirmation of your email! You’re on auto pay and you’re getting late payments and late fees! Payments are redirected to the website, payment records are showing incorrectly, won’t show you your bills, and it will not show account credits at all. I was getting an $8 late fee each month for not paying until the third. At first I was told no, but someone with a kind heart made the change for me. I wish I knew who so I could tell them how much I appreciated it. To whoever did this I hope you see this review and know that your kindness did not go unnoticed!
