Why so many bugs? They have enough money to pay developers! *2026-08-02* ‼️CAN’T LOG IN. Why so many bugs? They have enough money to pay developers! Touch id/biometrics doesn't work; toggles revert back; settings don't remain saved; so many bugs... how is this secure since elementary basic bugs/errors cannot even be squashed, correctly scripted? ### 2/5 — Biometrics never work *2026-06-14* It is a frustrating app. I just want to pay my bill and I have such a hard time signing in. Biometrics never works and user name and password will not store on my device and even when I manually add them, I still cannot always log in. If my password has expired an error message would be nice. ### 1/5 — trash *2026-04-02, version 2.7* your app is trash, so irritating. everytime i have to log in its always ‘failed authentication’ despite just changing my password for the 50th time. ### 1/5 — Won’t launch for scheduled maintenance 2 days from now *2026-02-20* Fails to launch because of a scheduled maintenance 48 hours away. Less than useful. I would imagine the city should have more resources considering water rates are up, parking rates are in place in more places and we just had our city charter changed to up our taxes to cover trash. It’s my worst app for all apps that I access! Fix the bug! ### 1/5 — Always issues signing in *2025-10-29* This app is ALWAYS having issues when trying to sign in. It’s such a waste of time and potentially could end up paying your bill late because of this. The whole point of having an app is to be able to pay on time without the hassle of sending a check or being in the phone. This should work… always. I’ve had to reset my password sooo many times and have had to reach out because I cannot sign in. ### 1/5 — Unable to log in *2025-06-18, version 2.2* Unable to log in via app. Will receive an alert that my log in credentials are incorrect, even though Im using my locally stored credentials. These same credentials when used in web browser work fine. It seems to be an issue with the app. ### 4/5 — Ability to Download Statement via the MyWaterSD App *2025-04-24* Why isn’t there an option to download the .pdf version of the statement after selecting the View bill link, or via Billing then History tab Bills and selecting one of the .pdf links? It’s very inconvenient to be required to use a web browser to save a statement. Thank you… ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-03-21, version 2.2* Majority of the time the app will not even let me log in. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-02-01, version 2.1* I will set my account for face recognition to sign in. It will automatically sign in twice when it works. The following month I go into my account again and the face recognition is off. Every other month I have to turn it on. And I will try every single password I have ever used and it will not sign me in.
