I’m in a holding pattern with my Xyrem having run out and still waiting more than a week and still no ETA when I can start Xywav. They expect us to record cataplexy attacks in this app which is unrealistic for me (I get 100+ episodes a day if unmedicated) but also the note taking function in the app does not save AT ALL. It’s wild to see this mentioned in other reviews of this app more than a year prior and here we are in mid 2026 and I can tell you it still doesn’t work. I can’t speak to the schedule or alarm function as I’m still waiting to receive the medication but based on the other reviews here, I’m not holding my breath! ### 1/5 — great idea, terrible execution *2025-12-23* this app has potential but currently, it's unusable. my provider requested that i use it to track my doses, but it logs you out every time you exit the app. it's not very fun to wake up at ungodly hours to log your dose, but have to log in with a bright white screen and do 2 factor authentication each time. on top of that, data will get randomly deleted. this app would've been great if it was coded by a competent developer. ### 1/5 — Keeps deleting my schedule *2025-10-07* The app worked great for a while but eventually it started deleting my schedule everyday! It’s quite frustrating. If it worked properly, I would love the app. ### 1/5 — The log app that constantly randomly deletes everything you write and schedule in it *2025-04-30* This app is absolutely terrible in comparison to such a highly effective medicine. This NEEDS to change! I don’t want my doctors to think I’m lazy and not taking notes when I’m forced to write them down on pen and paper which of course they can’t see on the app because it deletes everything. - Notes randomly disappear: I ended up writing my notes with pen and paper because this app randomly deletes my saved notes. - schedules randomly are deleted: This is frustrating when I’m in bed ready to log that I’ve taken my dose and suddenly have to enter in my whole schedule AGAIN! - app randomly says shipment is sent out and gives a tracking number when I haven’t even placed a refill! I click on the tracking number and it says there’s an error. Duh. I haven’t refilled yet, nor have I even received an email from the pharmacy that it’s time to refill. PLEASE fix this app. It has so much potential to be helpful, but I am close to giving up on it because what is the point if it doesn’t save my entries? ### 1/5 — Fix update issue *2025-02-04* Ever since the update I am unable to document and track my medication. All I get is error and unable to sign in ### 1/5 — Error *2025-02-04* I downloaded the app and created an account. After receiving the verification code, I verified it successfully. However, I continued to encounter the same error message. I decided to delete the app and reinstall it. I received the same error message. ### 1/5 — Update *2025-02-02* Updated app now all I get is error code. ### 2/5 — Miserable design for an important medical device *2026-06-16* This app will NOT let me stay logged in. When I have to wake up in the middle of the night to log my second dose it’s logged my all the way out every time. It won’t let me save my login info to Passwords or Authenticator so I have to manually retype every. Single. Time. And then I have to wait for it to text me and type the code in every. Single. Time. It also won’t let me confirm my first shipment was sent so that basically defeats the purpose of using their app to track when I need refills. For a medication I NEED to take, this app is trash and needs major work ### 2/5 — Would be great *2025-08-25* I think this app would be awesome if it worked like it is supposed to. I’ve reset my schedule almost 5 times and at this point I don’t even bother to because it deletes and makes me redo every 2-3 times I log in the app. ### 2/5 — Has potential *2025-03-02* In theory myWav is a helpful tool but there are some issues with it. For starters, there is no dark mode. If I want to confirm taking my second dose in the middle of the night, I have to open a bright white app. And when rearranging the dashboard, the two things are locked at the top even though I use it mostly for the schedule and I can't put it at the very top. Also, if I confirm an event before it is scheduled, I still get a notification at the time of the event.
