### 3/5 — Annoying but necessary.

*2026-07-16, version 3.4.0*

I take an injection every 15 days but app always sets a one week interval. Forcing me to fix it every time. It frequently forces me to manually sign in because it fails to complete a Face ID and keychain process.

### 3/5 — NOTIFICATIONS ARENT WORKING!!!

*2026-06-29, version 3.4.0*

Ever since I got my iPhone 16 Pro Max updated to iOS 26, notifications do not show my way as a compatible app. When I go to apps on my phone settings, my way only list and such as being a searchable app, but as far as notifications go, it doesn’t give me the opportunity to turn them on or off. Whenever I uninstall the app and reinstall the app, it does ask me a prompt to allow notifications, but even if I choose allow notifications are not an option within the settings on my phone. What the hell is going on? I have missed my dose so many times because of this that now I’m dosing on Fridays instead of Mondays this is ridiculous!!!!!

UPDATE: I don’t know what I did. I think I deleted the app completely and reinstalled it and once prompted, I allowed notifications. But that’s the only way you can get the notifications back on. If you mess up or something and don’t allow notifications during initial setup, you won’t be able to turn them back on. Thanks for responding dev’s! And thanks for this medication!

### 3/5 — No longer compatible with iPhone 17

*2025-09-27, version 2.1.2*

Please update the app. Cannot login on iPhone 17. It displays a message saying the app is not compatible with OS version

### 1/5 — Copay card

*2024-12-23, version 2.1.0*

When I access copay card information on the app, it says copay card not found and direct me to call the MyWay support number. I was sent around to different departments and none of them had an answer or was able to help me. I spoke with 3 case managers and all of them sent me to Copay card departments but then they told me to speak to case managers since they don’t have any information regarding the app. No one seems to be trained and have any understanding of the process. Wasted hours of my day.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-12-02, version 2.0.0*

This app has no way to personalize your injection schedule. It spams you with u wanted notifications without a way to turn them off. It’s basically useless with no utility.

### 2/5 — Can’t login

*2024-11-19*

I have had issues trying to get logged into the app since I’ve had it. I have never been able to do any of the things the other people have mentioned. I finally got fed up and turned off the facial recognition part of the login and now I get a big white notice that says’ “We’re sorry, something’s went wrong. Please try again.” , and that’s as far as I can get. It’s super frustrating. I have only been on Dupixent a few months. It seems like it might help me with my asthma, if I can manage not to get sick. Dupixent is awesome, the app has some issues. I would give the shot ten stars if I could.

### 1/5 — App won’t let me sign in

*2024-11-12, version 2.0.0*

The app is constantly giving me issues signing in which prevents me from logging my doses, and sometimes fails to remind me to take the meds out of the fridge or even to take the shot. This has been an on going issue that I’ve had on and off for months.

### 2/5 — No editing function

*2024-11-11, version 2.0.0*

I use the journals to keep track of where I injected my shots like I did in Medsafe but if I get click happy and miss the open text box, you can’t edit it. So I had to make two journal entries for one day. I can’t figure out how to delete or edit. Also on the injection entry, you can mark where you injected but after you make the entry you can’t open the entry. So I will keep using medsafe for journal entries.

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2024-10-19, version 2.0.0*

After working for a month or so it just shows an error at login

### 1/5 — Serious downgrade in functionality from Medisafe

*2024-09-26, version 1.1.2*

I have eczema and take Dupixent. The previous app Medisafe allowed for the adding of other medications to the reminder schedule, which appears as a calendar. This new app only allows for 5 medications. Far more seriously, and even worse, this app handles all medication reminders as pop ups. That means I can't check the calendar for upcoming doses and can't see what I need to bring with me if I'm going on a trip. Absolutely terrible. Why did you degrade functionality?

### 1/5 — Journal entry missing

*2026-05-09, version 3.4.0*

Suddenly I am not allowed to add journal entries. And the app keeps reminding me I have not added a journal entry. How could I add one if I am not allowed to???

### 1/5 — customer support hard to get answers from!

*2026-05-06, version 3.4.0*

I’ve tried contacting the team for about a month and have not been able to get them to update the copay card information even though it was confirmed via phone, poor customer experience and frustrating that this is the way to get the shot.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2026-04-06, version 3.2.0*

Poorly thought out. Not intuitive. Shouldn't have to call support for basic questions.

### 1/5 — App won’t open

*2025-09-17, version 2.1.2*

No matter how many times I’ve downloaded and redownloaded, restarted my phone, etc. the app crashed before it even loads.

### 1/5 — App will not open

*2025-08-19, version 2.1.2*

App will not open

### 1/5 — Face ID

*2025-08-14, version 2.1.1*

Please please please add Face ID to log in. Thanks

### 1/5 — Medicine

*2025-06-12, version 2.1.1*

Didn’t receive replacement after saying I would

### 1/5 — Email

*2025-03-28, version 2.1.1*

So apparently the Dupixent case manager said she wasn’t able to send me an invite code via email. She sent the invite code so many times to my phone and for some reason the code are not coming through I need this app because I feel like it’s very helpful and beneficial. Help. Two star for now until I get this figured out. The I’ll write another review for five stars.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2025-01-06, version 2.1.0*

The app won’t run without a reg code. You can’t get the code by calling support. The say they will send or call with a code but it never happens even after months of trying. Worst app ever. It’s almost laughable.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It works

*2026-02-11, version 3.2.0*

Working great, support staff superb

### 5/5 — Thank you!

*2025-11-19, version 2.1.3*

This app has been extremely helpful and informative. I appreciate Dupixent and the team of professionals who truly care about their patients!
Dupixent has made my life normal again. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Essential App!!

*2025-09-18, version 2.1.2*

This app is essential to my Dupixent prescription. I’ve added my shot schedule to my calendar to my iPhone calendar, as everything goes into my digital calendar these days, right? Everything’s in our brain’s. Everything will be remembered, right? We’re all super busy, but we will definitely remember to keep up with our own shot schedule, especially if it’s already in our calendar, because it’s in the cloud, right? Wrong!!! I thought that too! And, I thought, just like you, that you don’t need this prescription app. ‘Why do I need this? Just another app clogging up my phone….(eye roll).’ NOPE! I’ve had so many days that I’ve forgotten to take my shot out of the fridge! So many times I’ve been so busy and forgotten to take my shot completely! Every single time this app has reminded me to take my shot out of the fridge, take my shot, refill my prescription. You NEED this app! LOVE IT!!

### 5/5 — App not giving shot reminder

*2024-12-18, version 2.0.0*

I was getting reminders for my shots the day before and the day of my shot, and today and the one a couple of weeks ago I didn’t get a reminder. How do I get the app to remind me again? I’m also having issues getting into the app again even with WiFi turned off.

### 5/5 — Can’t login Update: Go to the end:

*2024-11-27*

I have had issues trying to get logged into the app since I’ve had it. I have never been able to do any of the things the other people have mentioned. I finally got fed up and turned off the facial recognition part of the login and now I get a big white notice that says’ “We’re sorry, something’s went wrong. Dupixent is awesome, the app has some issues. I would give the shot ten stars if I could.

I had my husband called dupixent MyWay and they gave him the number to the app. After he called the app and explained what was going on and we tried a few things, we found out they have a glitch and we live in an area where the Internet signal isn’t the greatest, so I have to use cellular data to use the app, which is totally fine.

**Developer response:** Greetings Nanabana1!

### 5/5 — Sadly being dropped from program

*2024-10-31, version 2.0.0*

I have had great success using Dupixent. A couple of days ago I received a letter from Dupixent stating that I no longer qualified to remain in their program (they have dropped by $30,000 a year as to who is now qualified). So the cost to me is going from 0 to $3,600 a month which makes it impossible to continue.
I wished that they at least could grandfather the people that have been in the program and start their new program with people coming in now. I am a middle class person that now has absolutely no way to continue with Dupixent. I do appreciate the 2 years I have been on it but now I dread going back to all the problems I have had without any hope of effective treatment.

### 5/5 — Informative site

*2024-10-22, version 2.0.0*

I have just recently started on Dupixent and am using this app. So far it has been very informative and helpful. I had an issue signing in this morning and sent them an email asking for help. It did not take them long to respond and help me maneuver around the issue so I could get logged in. Very helpful customer support.

### 5/5 — Mr

*2024-10-18, version 2.0.0*

I found tech support to be great. When I had a problem they called me back the next day to make sure I was working. Thank you staff for your help.

### 4/5 — Glitch that tells me I missed a dose that I didn’t.

*2026-03-15, version 3.2.0*

Currently, I have a glitch that is making the app. Tell me at least three times a day that I missed my “last dose on January 14” even though it is March. I did not miss that dose either.

### 4/5 — Highly recommended

*2025-11-14, version 2.1.3*

Good medicine
