Two things went wrong on our side and they compounded. Our iOS free trial was misconfigured, so you were charged right away instead of starting a trial. Separately, a bug meant purchases weren't always recorded, which locked people out of the app they had just paid for. Both are now fixed. If you were charged, Apple issues refunds directly at reportaproblem.apple.com and grants them readily in cases like this. If you'd like to try MyWins again, opening the app and tapping "Restore Purchases" will bring your subscription back.
