I had my whole profile set up and all of sudden it is like the app did a reset and now it’s asking me enter my information all over again. I also lost my chat messages from prior. When I go to re enter my information you can even get past the second step because there is no next button so you’re just stuck. This was unfortunately a waste.

I’m trying to make an account so I can become a nanny for someone and I’m logged in all of my info and it kept saying “oops, make sure your email is correct” but then it kept sending me verification codes even though it wouldn’t let me get pass that screen . My email address wasn’t wrong at all, so I get out of it and try again and then this time it just kept saying “oops , make sure your phone number is correct” . I sent in my info about 10 times each .. it completely glitched on me

This app is much different from the other babysitter websites. I love that I’m able to get to know the care sitters before meeting them in person. This is exactly what my family needed and it’s free! Will definitely recommend to my mom friends.
