Crashes, freezes, logs me out randomly, can’t load pay stubs, all around needs work. Have had the same issues from the beginning but I guess the developers either don’t care or don’t know how to fix them. Also won’t let me log on to web version using the EXACT same user, password, and employer id as app...? All of my coworkers have the same issues doesn’t matter iOS or Android terrible app. Paper schedules and written requests may be old school but at least they work. Honestly I’m just waiting for this app to die so we can switch to the superior app HotSchedules. *insert cliche ‘would give zero stars if I could’ comment here* -Update- all issues still present and now there’s a lovely new one where I have to load the app and wait thirty minutes for a loading symbol to go away before I can actually see my schedule -Second Update- app is still trash ### 1/5 — Failure to compeat *2019-12-18, version 1.4.0* The app does not even open. It just blinks at me. I restarted my phone. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Nothing. This app is worthless. When was the last time they wrote an update?? They just got it perfect three years ago and stopped bothering?? ### 1/5 — Worst scheduling app ever *2019-11-17, version 1.4.0* Since my job took on this system to replace HotSchedules it has been a disaster. There have been so many issues with staff being able to log in and god forbid you have two jobs that use Compeat good luck ever getting to log in. 95% of the time it won’t load the weekly schedule that has all the shifts viewable. You can’t see who you are working with or not. Everything about the app is tedious or doesn’t even have certain features that would be useful in a scheduling app. HotSchedules was soooooo much better ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-10-22, version 1.4.0* Hands down the most difficult scheduling app I’ve ever used. If you happen to get logged out it’s nearly impossible to get back in without talking with a manager. Scheduling time off is not only confusing but tedious as well. Ever since the last update the app is useless. I can’t get past the first screen, it just freezes. Every time it pulls up the bar to select my day I see NOTHING!! But I can feels the haptics of me scrolling through the options. Smh y’all should be ashamed for allowing a poorly working app to be available for work related purposes. Wish we would switch to hotschedules. ### 1/5 — Trashpeat: Trashforce *2021-07-01, version 1.5.0* Trash app. The interface is so messed up, try to submit a time off request without putting your phone in the garbage disposal and turning it on. You select your days using a scroll wheel with invisible numbers so you have to guess which day you landed on. When you finally land on the day you wanted, YOU CANT HIT SUBMIT. Whole staff had to use groupme to change shifts with each other because our restaurant as a whole rejects the app. Garbage app. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2021-06-23, version 1.5.0* I dont know who invented this app or why the company i work for chose this one but if i could give 0 stars i would!!!! I constantly have to delete the app from my phone and then download it again to make it work. When you request time off the dates don’t always show (they are invisible) you have to count the clicks and guess what month, date and year you are on!!! This app is very convenient for me seeing as though I am a busy man and don’t have time to call every week asking about scheduling. Normally I wouldn’t care too much; however, I would like to see I’m being paid accurately & to see where each part of my money is coming from (tips, cashier, correct wage, etc.). Everyone I work with is having this problem too ### 3/5 — 4 stars *2019-07-19, version 1.4.0* im giving it 3, because i like the app, but is not getting the 5 stars because it keeps freezing, and it will not load properly for hours, work on fixing the bugs and the app will actually be good. When that happens i will came back and give it a 5.. ### 2/5 — Requesting Time Calendar Gone *2020-06-08, version 1.5.0* This app is only good for notifications and showing your actual schedule. Whenever I try to request time off, the dates for the calendar don’t even work. I have to guess what date I’m and try over and over until I scroll to the right date I’m trying to request. Please fix this issue. ### 2/5 — Not Great *2020-01-17, version 1.5.0* This app is terrible compared to others. See hotschedules for a great scheduling app. It is worth the money. This one will lock you out multiple times a year and if you are the manager, you will have to deal with your entire staff not knowing their schedule. Or worse, you staff will not show up for a shift. Your staff cannot swap shifts between multiple positions even though you can set manager approval. You staff cannot pick up shift if they set their unavailability for that day, but they become available. The worse thing, I have tried to work with the developers about these issues, and they just confirm that you cannot do these things. Can you at least tell me that you are working to change them? Our company moved on from hotschedules due to their recruiting tool, but they discontinued it in 2020. It gets one star above the minimum because it functions better than an excel spreadsheet being emailed out and because of the analytics. ### 2/5 — Not sure if annoyances are app or website related *2020-01-14, version 1.5.0* Often get locked out of my account- thankfully I’m not the type to forget my log in and password... but my coworkers are. Also I can never open the full schedule to see who is working, I always get an error message saying that the webpage can’t be found. Makes it virtually impossible to see who I’m working with without asking and also getting a shift covered. Just annoying overall. ### 2/5 — MyWorkforce app *2019-10-11, version 1.4.0* The app has stopped letting me check when I work and glitches everytime I try to get into it.
