Für eine etwa 11 Minuten dauernde Führung durch den Vatikan habe ich sieben Euro bezahlt. Die Informationen waren so generisch und allgemein gehalten, dass ich das innerhalb von 10 Sekunden deutlich umfangreicher und besser über jede halbwegs vernünftige KI oder über eine ganz normalen Google Suche hätte. Sehr enttäuscht und ich werde keine weiteren Führung über diese App buchen und selbige jetzt auch wieder löschen.

Sie haben Zugriff auf 100 Dateien mit insgesamt über 5 Stunden Audiokommentaren zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Wie Sie vielleicht bemerkt haben, können alle Nutzer alle Dateien kostenlos anhören. So können wir überprüfen, wie viele Inhalte wir erstellt und bereitgestellt haben und deren Qualität testen – genau um Bewertungen wie Ihre zu vermeiden. l’app è fatta molto bene, si presenta ordinata e intuitiva, ho sbloccato i contenuti di atene per un weekend, mi è servita per girare con una logica tra le varie attrazioni, ed è molto utile se ami che il monumento o in generale l’opera d’arte che hai davanti ti venga raccontata

Ich finde die App leider schlecht. Ich habe Geld ausgegeben, jedoch gibt es keine Ansicht meines Kundenkontos zum einsehen meines bezahlten Contents. Auch das wiederherstellen meiner Käufe auf meinem Geschäftshandy funktioniert nicht!

These are only about two minutes long each and they give limited information. They don’t direct you to anything in particular or tell you where to go to listen and observe simultaneously. We bought three for our family on vacation in Madrid and we all found them useless, even while some of us like short and to the point and others like more details. We wasted $30.

**Developer response:** Dear User, we are sorry for your review. MyWoWo allow you to reach all the points of interest with the function "Around me" and the internal geolocalization. MyWoWo takes you directly where you prefer showing the distance of alle the points of interest near you. Each singular audio content is not longer than 3 minutes to avoid to bore the listener and as you have seen in each audio at the end there is a particular curiosity to keep high the attention. If the point of interest has many things to tell, you find find several audios to complete the experience. So you will benefit of hours of audios for the whole city choosen. There are many other features inside the app as the possibility to listen to the audio without roaming, there is a quiz, info about services and things to do in the city. Therefore we will do our best to improve your experience in the next future if your will choose again our cities. Thanks so much. Best regards.

Скачали сегодня приложение во время посещения National Gallery в Лондоне. Не услышала ни одного описания, которое было бы корректно. То перепутан художник (вместо Рембрандта аудиогид говорит Вермеер)  , то просто аудиогид несёт полную чушь (картина «Послы» с черепом внизу, на которую нужно смотреть под углом «сбоку-слева», чтобы правильно увидеть объем - аудиогид говорит вообще не соответствующую  действительности информации.
Дальше даже слушать не стали, деньги выкинуты впустую. Дальше… при попытке отменить подписку или найти, где вообще это можно сделать – я тоже потерпела крах. Приложение не отображается в активных и неактивных подписках, как будто оно просто было оплачено разово. 
Надеюсь, через месяц с меня не спишут очередной платёж.
В общем, всячески избегаете установки, пожалела что торопилась и не посмотрела оценку.

В любом случае, если вы приобрели акцию на 3 года, вам больше никогда ничего не придется платить, и, как вы знаете, в вашем распоряжении будет 38 городов с тысячами контента и сотнями часов историй. Описания, которые вы слышите в приложении, были разработаны известными профессорами и историками искусства, как вы можете увидеть на нашем сайте. Мы сожалеем, что вы оценили только один файл, а не приложение в целом с множеством профессионального контента и дополнительных услуг.

Как вы уже видели, вы можете протестировать весь контент в приложении, чтобы узнать, сколько файлов имеется для каждой интересующей вас точки, а также проверить качество звука наших историй. К сожалению, MyWoWo — это не аудиогид по музею, а скорее туристический путеводитель по городу в целом. Если вам нужны незабываемые впечатления от посещения определенного музея, вам придется арендовать традиционные аудиогиды, а если вы хотите посетить город с цифровым спутником на вашем телефоне, который расскажет вам о различных достопримечательностях города, то MyWoWo, безусловно, вам поможет. помочь вам.
