Also, when you are trying to get descriptions of events. ### 2/5 — App needs work *2025-06-17, version 1.1.9* Not very user friendly/ app doesn’t always link to other sites. More thought and testing needed. ### 1/5 — Constantly signing me out *2024-09-02, version 1.1.1* I recently downloaded this app after receiving a letter in the mail from WWP to join and download the app. There is so much lag and when I’m trying to view notifications, read messages or engage in groups offered, I’m constantly being signed out of the app. I also receive emails stating that I have new activity to view and it’s just my own entry into a group as I try to make connections. Just like in real life, it’s like talking to a wall and leaves me feeling hopeless… ### 2/5 — Events and programs *2024-08-07, version 1.1.0* Is a great concept, it appears to have bugs to be work. Many of events and programs on the post are not in the application. Also, 98% of the events that had being approved or are pending don’t show up on the application. I can’t wait to have it fully functional ### 1/5 — Crashes & Bugs *2024-07-02, version 1.0.9* They must have rushed to release this app because it is filled with bugs. It crashes more than half of the time I even try to open it. I’m sure there’s good intentions behind this app but for right now I would hold off on the frustration of downloading it. Hope WWP gets more support in to fixing the app. ### 4/5 — Great app when it works *2024-02-20, version 1.0.4* There’s a few bugs that make it unable to complete something’s because you can’t scroll down. Closing the app and opening it back up usually fixes it. It’s annoying more than anything. ### 4/5 — Always be better *2024-02-09, version 1.0.4* Seeing the events and being able to register for them is nice. Wish this was better with group communication and chats. Being able to create a group would be nice, maybe one per user. If it gets popular or in a niche that should be in one of the main categories then make it a permanent group. If someone posts in one of the groups would be nice to see a notification for it. Always something to update or change just like this review, when things change for better or worse, I’ll update my review. ### 3/5 — Issue with app *2024-02-08, version 1.0.4* Once I login the screen goes white and stays there. So app not working . Why is it so difficult to find activities within 100 miles of me? It seems where there are the least amount of veterans that is where wounded warrior project is. ### 1/5 — Fail *2024-01-25* The app won’t work past the setup page. Meaning, white males with “the right” injuries. All of their events are geared around this. There is no support for BIPOC or women, no specific programming (well they have things online! Never in person). If you do go to events, it’s a sausage fest. You get the whole gamut, from “as a chick you don’t deserve this as much as me” (I’m a combat vet) to “who’s your spouse/the REAL vet”, to hitting on me enough I’m not going back. I’ve been to WWP events in three states!!!!! Over ten years I’ve tried!!!!! This is UNIVERSALLY TRUE, and the organization does not care to change. Do not go, do not give them your money, unless you’re a white dude. 🤷‍♀️🤢 ### 1/5 — Can’t open *2025-08-17, version 1.2.0* App does not open ### 1/5 — Sign Issues *2025-07-31* Having the same sign in issues has everyone else. All of a sudden I can’t get past the loading screen to sign in. Whatever update y’all did really messed this up. ### 1/5 — App never loads *2025-07-02, version 1.1.9* My first review disappeared. This app never actually loads. I get my username and password entered and then all it does and spin and spin. Going on 5 months now. ### 1/5 — Bugs *2025-05-09, version 1.1.8* This app worked and was functional the first time I signed in and used it. I’ve tried multiple times over multiple months to sign in and it just doesn’t. You guys need to do better. And no, I don’t want to reach out to wwp to solve the problem. WWP, you are clearly aware the problem exists. Just fix it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-03-18, version 1.1.6* I’ve been using this app for a long time and what ever the update was it hasn’t been letting me see the events or get past the sign in part. ### 1/5 — The App is Buggy *2025-02-03, version 1.1.5* I’ve been trying to login for about a week and the homepage never loads after clicking log in. The app usually sometimes works fine. Lol. It works well when it works and seems to be much more capable than a year ago. So, keep moving forward and never give up! ### 1/5 — Second worst app award *2024-12-26, version 1.1.3* So I’m sure there are loads of people who love this app. For me, it simply doesn’t work. One day it doesn’t recognize my login credentials and says I don’t have an account, when I’ve had an active account since 2012. The next day all it does is load and the wheel keeps on spinning! The next day it straight up closes every time I even open it. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-11-22, version 1.1.3* This app is not working. Their events are great, family oriented, solo if you prefer those events, and all around fun. My wife and I have had a few date nights at a cooking class in Chattanooga, TN and dinner at Conner’s on Bridge Street in Huntsville, AL. As far as this app I think it works as it should. I do wish it were easier to find bigger events across the U. S. like some of the Odyssey stuff. All in all I like it. ### 5/5 — Good and Getting Better *2025-01-28, version 1.1.5* The app started as a pretty bare-bones way to connect, but over the past months has become a much more useful tool as it highlights the resources and classes available. Since using it, I have been able to find and register for two major events: Project Odyssey and a Soldier Ride as well as two virtual training sessions that I would never have found without the app. Jew up the good work of keeping relevant info out there for us. ### 5/5 — Support *2024-02-09, version 1.0.4* The app won’t wouldn’t work on my iPad and support got with me as soon as I wrote my review and had it fixed right away.
