There are references to routes online which are not listed or searchable on the app, nor is there any explanation about former routes if these have been abandoned.  If a route number which is clearly referenced elsewhere in the transit guides of Atlanta and supposed to be available using this app but is not listed, it should be searchable in the field and status listed.

You can’t use this app for planning.  You can’t see routes and schedules unless you’re at the stop, and within the timeframe when a bus might arrive.

This app is horrible and inaccurate. The app will say the bus is 15 min away, and you wait 30 minutes. Just horrible!!!

I’ve tried several times and the app continues to tell me that it has sent an activation email. Have had it resend at least 5 or 6 times but I’ve never received the email. I’ve checked junk mail also. Nothing.

The timing of the next bus is always incorrect. If a trip is missed, you will just see the times change on the anticipated arrival. When you call customer svc, they still can’t give accurate arrival times. The idea is great, but it’s so unreliable for a big city. You want people to drive less to decrease congestion on the roads, but I’m late everywhere using this service.
