This has rendered the app useless ### 1/5 — Developers are mental *2026-05-31* The app was not that great before. But they just updated it. And made it so “Simple” it does not work anymore. Can’t resize images. So after messing around, guessing what size my picture is. Hit print. And nothing happens. Does not work. App is completely broken. Thanks stupid devs. Don’t fix what ain’t broke. Cause now my printer is completely unusable. ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2026-05-31* Update is horrible. Can no longer resize images and paper size is defaulted to 6x5 centimeters. Also that AI bear is stupid. get rid of it. The printer and the app was pretty simple to navigate. That doesn’t mean it didn’t have problems because it did and it had many. Firstly, when i would select a photo and then size it, fitting to the size of the printer, the printer would still print it too big or just a sliver of the image (i would select the choice with the whole picture not the pieces to make a whole picture). Second it would take way too long to get to the point of printing because of how many times the app would kicked me out when i hit the print button. A LOT of the times it would print and just be blank with a MAYBE speck on it and i only got decent images from the template print and even that would still not be the correct size. Thats a problem because the app automatically corrects the size of the template and even if i wanted to change it I wasn’t allowed to because that was not a feature with the templates. Thirdly i tried to print a photo and then the printer lagged and kept printing really fast just specks and coding all over. It didn’t stop till it almost reached the end of the paper inside and got jammed. This was a really scary moment because i genuinely believed that it would blow up or something bad would happen. Thankfully that wasn’t the case and it finally stopped. Lastly the printer doesn’t have a stop button and holding down any of the buttons doesn’t work and neither does taking off the top because it would still keep printing. I feel as though that should be fixed because if it didn’t stop for me and kept printing while it was jammed i dont know what would happen and that scares me knowing it could be dangerous. There was a lot of bugs and issues with the app and the printer and it really needs to get fixed! ### 1/5 — Bluetooth *2024-07-10, version 2.2.6* Not working anymore ### 1/5 — 0 stars if I could *2024-02-27, version 2.2.4* If it wasn’t necessary to have this app for my printer to function, I definitely wouldn’t use it. Printer always prints images that are either too faint, or way too saturated with ink. I waste 3-6 papers every time I use it since it’s so finicky. On the plus side, it’s easy to operate, but at the cost of my image visibility. ### 1/5 — Error software *2022-11-12, version 2.1.0* Can’t print anything right. Imagine looks good in the print preview, yet comes out pitch black. I tried every option I could to try to get the image to print with my tattoo client waiting, and eventually had to give up and hand stencil. No image ever printed at all, even though the app said it was connected and the print was successful. Also, the resizing feature (which is only available sometimes) no longer has the ruler guide so it is difficult to see what size the print will be. I was able to print out images over 20 inches in size both length and width, now I can’t even print out anything bigger then 5 centimeters, almost the image quality after this new update is horrible.
