You can only search classes at one location at a time and can’t filter for types of classes. I’m hoping these are all temporary issues and glitches. The old app wasn’t perfect, but it was more user friendly than this one. ### 1/5 — Huge downgrade *2025-06-05, version 2.36.0* Bad. Doesn’t hold filters on classes and resets every time you go switch apps to check a personal calendar or a text. Actively terrible. Simple things like this show lack of attention to detail. - SHOCKED to see my dad’s name in the “ View As” list, since he passed away early 2020. - my wife was unaware a new app was required, and was frustrated trying to load her existing app, as it was asking her for a passcode. What? No explanation, no notice to update the app. Again, not a fully-vetted app, which is why the Apple ratings are in the tank. ### 1/5 — YMCA *2025-06-01* This app is the worst, apparently the Powers that be neglected to do their homework before deciding to switch this over I won’t be surprised if membership decline because people can’t get into classes being a member isn’t cheap, why waste you money ### 1/5 — Terrible functionality *2025-05-29, version 2.36.0* Doesn’t show all the classes , slow, doesn’t remember your preferred location. You used to be able to search a class type like “cycling” and search among multiple locations at one time. With new app you can only look at classes one location at a time. This is time consuming when you have several Ys nearby. Please fix and read feedback from other users. This is a problem! ### 1/5 — Unusable. I’ve tried off and on all day to browse for classes but it just spins. ### 1/5 — App fails to Login + Other issues *2025-12-23, version 3.2.0* Once you enter login information the app will cycle and crash. Repeated attempts to reopen the app will see the app cycle and crash. When you submit information no GUI/UX popup indicates that a request is processing which leads to multiple submissions. Removing and redownloading the application does not fix the issue with logging in. ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2025-08-03, version 2.36.0* There doesn’t seem to be any point in even opening this app. The old app was fantastic but this one never even lets me log in. If by some miracle I do log in, there isn’t even a good reason to use it. I can’t sign up for classes or lane swimming. If you can keep your membership card in the Apple wallet, then this app is superfluous ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-07-19, version 2.36.0* I have to delete and redownload almost every time I use it because it freezes. This app. is actually lousy. Virtually no where to navigate, no back button, no information. And that doesn’t work or to see the schedule of classes. Because you can’t sign in just spins and spins and spins….. ### 2/5 — Individual member schedule display issues *2025-06-01, version 2.36.0* When classes are signed up for by a member that is not the primary member they only show up on there schedule when you are looking at the primary member. When I have classes scheduled they don’t show up under my name. Needs to be corrected.
