Extremely disappointed with their so called Yescare service.  Tickets created but they will just cancel or resolved them without checking it with the customers.  Overall, there’s no sincerity in servicing their customers.  Absolutely no value in using their services.

Ive been using Yes since 2020 when i was still a student. The only reasons for me to stay because of the affordable prices. Other than that, Yes is the only network that could reach my house area, not smoothly ofc. Sad really. Im too broke and tired to buy and test another telco service. I filed multiple complaints over times for the past few years and they keep giving the same excuse “your area is not within our coverage, however our technician working hard to make that happen bla bla,” For five f years and their technicians still couldn’t finished the job? Bffr. They keep asking users to update the app but never they make the improvements for a better network experience.

I was using more than one year, last week force to update latest version, now totally can’t login, how to login with YES FLEXI? Ask me enter mobile number which FLEXI PLAN HAS NO MOBILE NUMBER, contact support via WhatsApp but the stupid BOT REPLY and finally a HUMAN REPLY but he can’t settle it also, ask me wait one day, today 28/7 7am try also cannot, the problem is now I CANNOT PAY BILL
