### 3/5 — 3 stars

*2026-09-08, version 2.2.1*

It would be nice if I could see pictures of the ekg/line info. It would also be great if it was done over a shorter period of time. It only takes a few days to see symptoms repeat. Then you have to mail it in and wait for who knows how long.

### 3/5 — “Other”

*2026-09-05, version 2.2.1*

All it’s missing is a place in the app to type what symptom(s) you’re experiencing when you have to click the “other” option- feels like quite the gap in data collection

### 3/5 — Came lose

*2026-09-05, version 2.2.1*

There should be a way to record a wing of the zio coming loose so you can register it by pushing the back! I’ve had no symptoms but 2 times after doing some activity 1 or both wings became loose.

### 4/5 — Cannot type anything in

*2026-09-04, version 2.2.1*

I wish I could report headaches and hiccups

### 4/5 — Application

*2026-09-01, version 2.2.1*

Easy to apply and initiate

### 3/5 — Fair

*2026-09-01, version 2.2.1*

The app was fairly simple to use and the device was not painful for the most part. My skin reacted to the trapped heat and the adhesive negatively. I am thankful for the technology and hopefully for even more ways to find results for the future. Thank you Zio

### 3/5 — Adhering

*2026-08-20, version 2.2.1*

The first two events (August 13 & August 15) were because I got sweaty in my activities and the monitor fell off. I called for the first one and pressed the button as directed. The second time I put it back on, didn’t bother calling, and secured the wings with medical tape.
The itching from the whole thing is often exasperating and the worst part of the process. Otherwise, the concept and compactness is very commendable.

### 3/5 — Connection

*2026-08-20, version 2.2.1*

Kept getting message could not find server. Had to download and uninstall 3 times

### 4/5 — Notes

*2026-08-19, version 2.2.1*

I love you, and it would be helpful if you could write notes in there, especially under the other selection option.

### 2/5 — Too restrictive

*2026-08-19, version 2.2.1*

The monitor itself was great but the app was way too limiting in what could be logged. This forced me to keep my own set of notes and manually enter everything in the log book in addition to the app. Allowing comments in the “other” fields or simply adding a note field to every entry in the app would solve this problem. Users would also be able to refer back to the app when meeting with their cardiologist for a more detailed accounting of events and not have to keep their own log of events.

### 2/5 — Set up issues

*2026-08-12, version 2.2.1*

The initial set up for the first application was convoluted and difficult. It took over an hour and a half and we had to get the helpdesk support it had to be escalated and finally it was a resolved. I had to order a second application and the same exact situation happened with the set up I find this very frustrating and unnecessary for something that should be very simple and straightforward to implement

### 3/5 — App good, zio patch…

*2026-08-12, version 2.2.1*

The zio patch just won’t stick to me, and I have not been exercising like I would normally. So I really don’t think it is reading anything as have had to reattach three times in first week. 🤷‍♂️

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Never works

*2026-09-05, version 2.2.1*

Every time I try to log a symptom I get an error.

### 1/5 — Logging symptoms

*2026-09-03, version 2.2.1*

You need to have a place where we can actually tell you what our symptoms are most of what you had for me to choose from wasn’t my symptoms,so there needs to be a empty box for us to write down what was going on

### 1/5 — Useless customer service

*2026-08-31, version 2.2.1*

My first monitor was defective, never worked. I called the customer service line while attaching the replacement. Person on the line disconnected me and never called to reconnect, even after verifying the number. Both times I called, it was more than 5 minutes to get through all of the menus to get an actual person. Might as well not have any service line rather than responses this poor.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-08-28, version 2.2.1*

None

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2026-08-28, version 2.2.1*

Impossible to register after downloading. Server time out/Try Again. After 4 attempts, I don’t find this app friendly from the very first step.

### 1/5 — App isn’t working

*2026-08-13, version 2.2.1*

This app does not work. I keep getting error messages to try again later. That is not helpful.

### 1/5 — No symptoms

*2026-08-12, version 2.2.1*

Asked me to record my “symptoms”. There were NONE! No place to record “none”. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Blank.

### 1/5 — Not opening

*2026-08-08, version 2.2.1*

Doesn't open

### 1/5 — Doesn’t recognise the serial number!

*2026-08-08, version 2.2.1*

Rubbish, can’t even get it connected what a waste of time

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2026-08-07, version 2.2.1*

App does not allow to add descriptions under “Other.”

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Heart

*2026-09-02, version 2.2.1*

I have had on my Zio heart monitor patch for one day. It is absolutely wonderful being able to login in the app rather than on my book.

### 5/5 — Mrs. Regina for Dr. Ross

*2026-08-29, version 2.2.1*

Dr. Ross, my primary care physician, recommended me to do this test. It is very easy to do. The app makes it very easy because it is simple to use. Hopefully, I pray my results come back extremely well with a positive result.

### 5/5 — Data recording made easy

*2026-08-28, version 2.2.1*

Well, I was going to use only the log, but I lost the log so I downloaded the app. But then you needed the log to scan the serial number to register the app. But I found that the serial number was also on the box. Calling iRhythm was easy and support was very helpful♥️
Finally I recorded my first entry. Piece of cake!

### 5/5 — Over all easy to use

*2026-08-25, version 2.2.1*

I would recommend that whenever you select “other” you should be prompted to specify. Other than that very simple to use!

### 5/5 — Applying monitor

*2026-08-19, version 2.2.1*

Really simple and good instructions. I really appreciated the video.

### 5/5 — MyZio fell off!

*2026-08-19, version 2.2.1*

MyZio fell off on Day 3! I followed instructions to put it back on so we will see how it goes. It fell off multiple times.

I have yet to hear a report from my Zio to know if it worked as the doctors had wanted.

### 5/5 — App appreciation

*2026-08-19, version 2.2.1*

Love that I can keep track of heart rate 86
Feeling a bit of pressure

### 5/5 — Great Technology!

*2026-08-14, version 2.2.1*

The difference between this monitor and my previous are orders of magnitude!! Don’t use any old 18th century junk. You can’t even tell it is on!

### 5/5 — so cool

*2026-08-12, version 2.2.1*

This is an amazing app. very easy to navigate I’m I’m happy to have it. Makes it really user-friendly to log and just check on your heart monitor

### 5/5 — Well explained

*2026-08-11, version 2.2.1*

Easy directions to fallow. If a person is not somewhat Tec savvy the app could be a challenge.
