## What is MyZone3 Home?

The MyZone3 Home app enables you to control your air conditioning unit and your zones from your iPhone/iPad device via WiFi locally or via mobile data remotely (if you have registered for MyZone Worldwide).

Air conditioning units currently compatible with MyZone include Daikin, Panasonic and Toshiba.

You will require a compatible MyZone control system, such as the MyZone3, to be installed operational and configured to enable the MyZone3 Home app to function correctly.

The MyZone3 Home app enables control of the following functions on your air conditioning system:

It’s been working fine for years, but in the latest version any change to the temperature of any room via the app causes the set temperature to change to the minimum temperature allowed (15 degrees for mine) 30 seconds later.  They’ve introduced a bug somehow that now makes the app unusable for remote control.

Can developers please fix this.

Takes ages to open. I don’t understand how it’s supposed to work. Previous app was much better.  It’s obvious from feedback that this app is a disaster. I’m not interested in other items added on.  I just want one good app for heating and cooling.  This is not it.

After reading the reviews for the app, it was concerning and they are valid. Best way to make use of the Myzone3 app, for the AC at least. Is to set up once, register for the worldwide use. Then add it to google home via the iZone Home option when adding “works with google”. There is a couple of second delay in response when changing things in Google Home, but at least you don’t have to mess with the MyZone app all the time.

This app needs some serious love. It’s slow, clunky and ugly. I don’t like using it anymore. It’s ripe for modernising with shortcuts support and widgets. If you’re thinking about buying this system for your home a/c. Maybe do some more research in to other options. It works but nowhere near as well as you would like.

Absolutely useless app. If i had known how bad it was prior to purchasing the controller, i would have gone with a different brand. I will definitely not be recommending this to anyone.
