Try locking or unlocking the motor and it just loads constantly. You also have no location privacy, Zoomo can track your location anytime they like. The app has error after error and even has an error when I click the support button! I have a Zoomo Sport and it has had so many issues I wish I didn’t waste my money. Save yourself the headache and buy a bike off a company that knows what they are doing. ### 1/5 — No customer chat support *2024-04-28, version 4.0.2* At least the previous app was good. There is no customer support on the app after upgrade. And there’s no customer support number to call. Never lets u log in. Always an error. Was told to book an appointment through the app but it’s never worked for me.
