Everytime I enter the IP address of the car I got an error,
US buyers beware
In you are in the US, you need an IP address and I have not been able to get Mazda US to assist. Fabian (developer) was helpful but without an IP address this app does not work.
App does not work
App has never been able to connect to the car as stated. Also learned app is simply other people's work bundled and sold for profit...not cool at all.
It's ok
Works as advertised but if you're in North America (NA) you must obtain the Wi-Fi tweak and load it in your vehicle in order to use this. NA Mazdas have Wi-Fi disabled(grayed out in the menu). You can find the Wi-Fi tweak and all the features of this app and more for free in the online forums. All this app does is save you a few minutes over downloading scripts to a USB, following the instructions and then importing to your vehicle. I suppose it's a good tool for those that aren't computer savvy. Recommend an update to allow use of the phone cable directly to USB port if that's at all possible.
