But app is not that great at all. When I download my modules they are only good for a few hours without internet, then app demands to login and blanks out bouncing me. Its just a browser of sorts and you have to have solid internet at all times to be able to use it. Plus app crashes every third or fourth start. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback Anton. We’d love to speak to you and discover why you’re having these issues as it’s definitely not the norm. Please contact our support team and we can have it working as expected for you. ### 3/5 — Just the app. *2020-06-05, version 1.0.3* I love the courses but I can’t watch them in the app. Reasons? 1- No subtitles (one of the biggest issues for me) 2- Resolution tends to be slightly lower than in a browser. 3- No auto-play next lesson. 4- The app keeps signing me out and the Downloads tab shows no downloaded files once I sign back in. The overall experience with the app does not affect the awesomeness of the education, in fact, the courses are the best I’ve found on these topics. I just wish this element would be at the same level. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you’re having issues Mag, please contact our support via our website as you should be able to do all those things (except auto play of next lesson). We’d love to get it working as best possible for you! ### 4/5 — Great app but a few issues *2023-12-22, version 1.0.4* First of all this app gets four stars for its ease of use and wealth of content on it. However, there are some issues I have noticed on the iPad and iPhone version. And that is that upon pressing pause the videos don’t actually pause and when I leave the lessons the audio of the videos continue playing. Personally, I don’t picture-in-picture but having the audio continue to play after exiting without the video is a jarring experience. On a side note. Will the ASC talks be added to the app too? Overall, its a great app that makes it easy to learn from the best in the film and video production industry. ### 4/5 — Offline mode doesn’t work *2020-02-21, version 1.0.3* Very valuable courses and easy to use app design. But the app doesn’t show the downloaded contents while I go offline...So I downloaded it and couldn’t watch any on the plane. ### 4/5 — Wasn’t working, Now fixed! *2019-11-26, version 1.0.3* App says the data could not be read because it’s in the wrong format. Also says it can’t refresh account information. As a result no courses load up just empty white space where courses should be. Please fix as I would really like to continue my courses on my commute.
