The app is user friendly. Not need to fiddle with anything - very straight forward.
As for the fitness program: 👌 instructions are clear - programs are short, you can mix and match depending on your current needs.

The app functionality is very easy to use and the content provided lasts for months. 

After following his fitness routine my body has been more flexible than ever. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get fit!
