Remote take control is just horrible. The mouse jumps all over, can’t click if you accidentally type wrong password. Slow and buggy. ### 1/5 — All their apps severely outdated *2025-09-08, version 2.4.12* The main app last updated 8 months ago. The other apps that could be useful updated 2+ years ago. Totally unacceptable for as much as we the MSP pays for their services. Totally unacceptable! Run. Fast. It doesn’t work. It hasn’t been updated in years. Basic functionality is broken. It is not very helpful with information and the screen option and filters are too limited. I went to view failed checks and couldn’t find anything useful. The lack of functional parameters and crashes. I wonder, how secure this app is…. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t sync? *2022-05-06, version 2.4.4* We are relatively new to the “new” SolarWinds, or rather N-able platform and while some things seem to work well enough to have us move over from ConnectWise, there are some nagging basic things that just don’t work. Things like a very BASIC sync of their data to this iOS app, or the various departments not talking to each other, or even not all of their marketing PDF’s for endpoint protection using the name changeover.
