Any one have any complain it actually belongs to a 3rd party company, where they have opened their account, if their broker is doing anything wrong it does not have any relation with the app developer, as developer is a technology software provider only. My opinion is to carefully check legal status of your broker

I am working on this platform since many months 
I have an account with a broker server  who use nTrader and I usually trade on FOMC and other economic news, I always experience fast execution which makes me feel I am a better trader now
