Mais depuis quelques commandes, je remarque de grosses différences de tailles sur les vêtements. J’ai passé une commande de plusieurs articles taille S et j’ai dû en retourner la moitié. Certains étaient beaucoup trop petits et à l’inverse, d’autres beaucoup trop grands. Étant donné que les retours sont payants, je ne trouve pas ça top qu’il y ait de telles différences sur une même taille. Je remarque aussi une baisse de la qualité. Une paire de talons portée une fois, j’ai un embout de talon qui est déjà en train de partir. Habe über Klarna bezahlt, und das erste Mal ist das passiert, dass die Bestellung auf alte Adresse aufgegeben wurde, da diese in Klarna war. (Bei anderen Online-Shops ist das nie passiert, nur bei diesem) Und ich kann meine Bestellung weder stornieren noch die Adresse ändern. Ich will bei denen prinzipiell nichts mehr wieder bestellen. Will not show you any shipping details for location just that it’s on its way. It will also say delivered and order completed several days before your order actually makes it to you. It did this to me for all three orders which seems like a shady practice. NOT ONE SINGLE LINK WORKS in their return policy section in your completed orders on the app. Which makes returning things a total nightmare having to go find all the information elsewhere. If I could give this app zero stars I would. Then I didn't receive anything, and the company took my money again. It was a terrible and disgusting experience. There is no way to contact their staff directly, you can only report your problems on their website. Además, la gestión de la web y la app es muy deficiente. No hay una opción sencilla para acceder a mis pedidos ni hacer seguimiento de ellos. He hecho dos devoluciones y nunca llegaron correctamente, todo el proceso fue muy lento y confuso. Es una pena que la aplicación y la gestión funcionen tan mal, porque arruina por completo la experiencia de compra. Mir gefiel die Website vor ein paar Jahren besser, da konnte man die Artikel super einfach durchstöbern. Jetzt dauert es ewig, bis man jeden einzelnen Artikel öffnen kann!!
