Cannot imagine this company has been in this field for 20 years. All the IOS team should be fired. You provide the ability to upload attachment images, however, user has to adjust image size to fit the requirements by the app using PC. And the web version doesn’t have attachment upload option. ### 1/5 — Makes communication frustrating *2023-08-09* Very irritating that you can’t see an ongoing message thread when trying to respond to a message. Hope this is updated at some point. Or at least be able to save draft messages if you have to go out and refer to a message you are responding to. App also freezes and kicks me off all the time. I’ve tried reinstalling and power cycling my phone and it still won’t work. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Please update to version 7.0.1. Please update to the latest version. ### 1/5 — Latest update crashes app *2025-09-15* This app isn’t great at baseline (inconsistent notifications, missing documents), but the latest update on 14 September 2025 makes the app crash immediately. Fix it. ### 1/5 — Just awful *2025-06-16* This app and their web portal is just awful. To healthcare service providers: please get off this system or make them improve it To patients: avoid this system if you can, run don’t walk Problems, amongst many: - It loads incorrect documents - It timestamps financial quotes incorrectly - It often fails to send messages, and other times double sends messages - Messages are not threaded so referencing past information is difficult - Messages have no cc functionality so keeping information in sync with your partner is very difficult - Messages require you to choose a recipient from a dropdown menu, of which most options are not relevant to you, making it extremely error prone - The list goes on… Worst of all, in aggregate, these bugs and shortcomings meaningfully increase the likelihood of misunderstandings and mistakes that, given the medical/financial nature of the product, can be very problematic and costly. Please, do better. Patients deserve it. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible *2024-05-08* I can’t believe my doctors office is using this terrible app. Cannot submit time sensitive documents on it. Would rate 0, this is an inexcusable bug to fix. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Except the submit button *2020-05-14* Using this for advance fertility care in Mesa AZ. Great app with one exception. The submit buttons that are typically in the upper right hand corner need to be better defined. Upon first look it was no clear that those buttons were enabled. I went searching on the page to find a fillable area that I needed to take care of. A better defined button would have prevented this. ### 4/5 — Keeps showing it is loading *2020-08-29* The new update keeps showing it is loading. I cannot use the app. ### 3/5 — Needs notifications *2026-07-24* I have all notifications turned on but they do not show up unless I happen to log in to the app. ### 3/5 — Works fine *2025-09-16* I wish that I would get notifications on my phone when I get a new message sent to me, but I don’t. I only get an email, but it goes to my junk folder. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on it. ### 2/5 — Clunky messaging and sign in *2026-01-10* Messaging in this app and on the browser is antiquated. It shows a series of messages rather than threads, like the early 2000s text message applications. Sign in is very frustrating, especially when using a password manager since the name of the app is not the same as the name of the application maker. The app frequently signs me in and out. ### 2/5 — Send text messages with push notifications *2024-10-05* This app is fine so long as you’re logged in & looking at it. I never get a notification (despite having push notifications turned on) unless I have or am in the app already. It’s ridiculous & therefore useless bc then I have to check the app for critical info updates anyway. There’s zero reason for it to be so inefficient. I rarely can find what I’m looking for. There should be SMS text notifications sent during every single notification that happens in the app as well, but that doesn’t happen. I cannot wait to not have to use this & have to depend on this thing. FIX YOUR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS. What a useless app. The whole point of push notifications being on is that it is supposed to show up & alert me when I have messages. NEVER ONCE has this happened unless I am INSIDE the app. Absolutely useless. I hate this. It’s caused me errors in our treatment cycles bc your tech says it’s going to do things that it doesn’t do. Do better. Do basic parts of your offering. ### 2/5 — It’s… an app *2024-05-07* That’s the highest praise I can give it. Regularly freezes, face recognition only works some of the time and often all face recognition capabilities on my phone stop working after using this app and only work again after restarting. Messages intermittently go through; make sure you get a “your message has been sent” screen before going back to the main messages list. Notifications are not very customizable, I have to wait until I get an email notification to know that I have a new message. There has to be a better option out there than this. ### 2/5 — Freeze *2023-05-23* App freezes. When you exit app, the face recognition comes up and freezes the phone. Also, when deleting messages the incorrect message was the one removed. Terrible app. ### 2/5 — Won’t let me submit *2022-11-18* App won’t let me submit important time sensitive consent forms.
