Haven’t been able to log onto app for 2 months now. So not sure how this new update is working out. Enter username… takes it . Enter password… disappears then states wrong username/ password. Not sure how many people actually use this app so maybe no one cares about it.

It keeps saying not compatible. I have the most current version but it keeps telling me to update it. Have no clue what's wrong with it???

It tells me it doesn't match.  Earlier I set up access thru NAEC's web site. then I found the app and downloaded it. That's probably why it doesn't match

Called and reported  and it’s still not working.  I like the app to look at my usage and such. It was just fine. Someone always has to mess with something that works fine.
Looking forward to seeing this get fixed. 12/5/2022

App is redirecting me back to the App Store with comment: not compatible.

Today (12/4/2022) when I try to open the app, which I’ve used for years successfully, it tells me the version is not compatible and to “click here to update”.  I did that multiple times, but it just took me to the “open” screen and never updated.  So I cannot open the app any longer.  

Pls advise.  Thank you.
