We can change it. It’s a sneaky way to get a tip. ### 2/5 — Credit card Policy *2025-12-27* I hate that I have to store a credit card to get points instead of the option to use Apple Pay. This does make me less likely to use to app since I can use Apple Pay elsewhere and get rewards without exposing my credit to an additional app!!! ### 3/5 — Watch out for the default tip for online order *2025-01-05, version 36.0.1* Why default the tip for an online order to 15% ### 4/5 — Can’t add a gift card *2024-10-19* It says once you have a credit card loaded you can load a gift card. Tonight, we went and all 3 dinners were smaller than usual. Much smaller scoops of everything. Almost only have 4, instead of 5 falafel. The app won’t let me order from that NafNaf because there is a NafNaf in my town but it is 8 miles away. For some unknown reason it’s saying the NafNaf down the street is 31 miles away and now I’m left to use a third party app to buy my food and not redeem point. I’m very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Near Worthless *2025-05-03* Found out the hard way that my points expired today. No warning from the app… at all. They’ve been advertising their specials to me for the past couple months, but couldn’t be bothered to tell me my points were expiring. And I also learned that I now to need give them my credit card number to join their loyalty program… huh? Why? That makes no sense. I still love their food, but their loyalty program is AWFUL and their app is near pointless. ### 1/5 — App not user friendly *2024-09-29, version 34.2.9* Every time I try use app, sends me an email link and then I have to go to my email open the link and try to use my points, etc then it says enter email and sends me an link again, very frustrating and inconvenient! I was also able to use Apple Pay, I’m uncomfortable that they keep asking me to share my credit card data. Tried to redeem free fries but it kept telling me the item was not there. I had 4 free fries on my order, so not sure why it was overlooking all four fries. Guess they don’t want us to actually use the rewards points we are earning.
