What's New:
Faster, More Reliable Account Setup Fixed an issue where signing up with an email that's already registered showed a misleading "check your email" message instead of telling you to just sign in. Confirmation emails are also more reliable now.
Honorable Guest Recognition Delegates designated as Honorable Guests by event admins now display a badge on their profile — in the delegate directory, when scanning a profile QR code, and in the organizer roster.
Admin Tools for Delegate Management Admins can update a delegate's registration details (title, assignment, diocese, parish, state) directly from the app, and can upload a delegate's Letter of Good Standing or enter their travel information on their behalf when needed.
Easier Delegate Support Admins can now resend a confirmation email to a delegate directly from the app, making it faster to help attendees who missed their original confirmation.
Fixed: Audit Trail Not Opening Resolved an issue where tapping "View Audit Trail" (and the session assignment picker) from a delegate's profile appeared to do nothing.
More Reliable Check-In Fixed an issue where checking out of a session after being checked in by a volunteer wouldn't always save correctly.
Smoother Session Management Fixed a bug affecting sessions set to 0 available spots. Session capacity limits are now enforced more accurately, and cancelling a session properly removes it from delegates' schedules.
Clearer Error Messages If enrolling in a session doesn't go through — like when it fills up at the last moment — you'll now see a clear message explaining what happened.
Smarter Sign-Up Improved autofill support on the sign-up screen to reduce the chance of email typos when creating your account.
General Improvements A number of behind-the-scenes fixes to improve reliability across scheduling, document uploads, account creation, and delegate management.
