## What is Nagaa Partner?

Nagaa Partner — The Official Partner App for the Nagaa Platform

A dedicated app for restaurants and stores partnered with the Nagaa platform, giving you complete control over your store from your phone. Receive orders instantly, prepare them, and track everything until delivery.

■ Receive Orders Instantly
Get an instant sound notification whenever a new order arrives, so you never miss an order. Accept orders with a single tap, and the customer will be notified automatically.

■ Track the Entire Order Journey
A clear tracking screen moves each order through its stages: Preparing → Ready for Pickup → On the Way → Delivered. View complete order details, including items, quantities, payment method, total, tax, discount, and delivery fees.

■ Organized Order Dashboard
Browse all your orders organized by status: Pending, Preparing, Ready for Pickup, On the Way, Delivered, and Cancelled.

■ Product Management
View and search your products, and sort them by newest, price, or rating. Instantly enable or disable any product when it is out of stock.

■ Business Status & Working Hours
Open or close your store and set your working days and hours. When you are experiencing high demand, activate Busy Mode for a specific period to temporarily reduce the flow of incoming orders.

■ Wallet & Transactions
Track your balance, financial transactions, and cash amounts that need to be collected — all in one place.

■ External Delivery
Request a delivery driver for any shipment from your store. Enter the recipient’s details, select the location on the map, and submit the request. You can also view a complete history of your previous delivery requests.

■ Instant Notifications
Receive real-time notifications about new orders and important updates, with a centralized page for all your notifications.

■ Profile & Support
Review your store information and contact support directly by phone, email, or social media.

■ Arabic & English
A complete interface in both Arabic and English, with instant language switching at any time.

Note: This app is exclusively for registered partners on the Nagaa platform and requires an approved partner account to sign in. To become a partner, please contact the Nagaa team.
