After deleting and reinstalling the app, I was asked to re-verify one of the documents (citizenship, passport, voter ID, or smart license). Despite entering the exact details as they appear on my documents, I am unable to log in. The system repeatedly indicates that the information does not match. I have carefully checked all the information I provided, and it is accurate. I tried to contact them to the mentioned phone number, and their email address citing the issues multiple times, but they never replied and respond to me. This is a serious issue because many users, including me, rely on the app as a digital document wallet and do not always carry physical copies. When the documents fail to load, it can create unnecessary problems during traffic checks, identity verification, or when official documents need to be shown quickly. Please improve the reliability of document synchronization and ensure that all linked documents are consistently available and display complete information at all times. ### 1/5 — Not a good app *2026-06-07* Once you log out or uninstall it due to some issues, you can’t log back in. Document details keeps on disappearing in iOS and not recommended until government decides to update and fix all the bugs and glitches. To improve accessibility and user experience, please consider introducing additional login methods such as: - Email and password login - Google or Apple ID sign-in - Biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) - Backup recovery options for users who lose access to their registered number These features would make the app more user-friendly, secure, and accessible to a wider range of users, including those living abroad or facing technical issues with mobile verification. Fantastic ### 5/5 — Suggestion to Add Email OTP Option for Users Living Abroad *2026-03-13, version 2.0.91* I would like to thank you for creating the Nagarik App, which is very useful for Nepali citizens. However, I would like to share a suggestion that could make the app more accessible for Nepali citizens living abroad. Currently, the app requires a Nepali mobile number to receive the OTP for verification. Many Nepali citizens who live outside Nepal do not maintain an active Nepali phone number, which makes it difficult for them to use the app. It would be very helpful if the app could also provide an option to receive OTP or verification codes through email in addition to the Nepali mobile number. This would allow Nepali citizens living abroad to easily access and use the services provided by the Nagarik App. Thank you for your efforts in building digital services for Nepali citizens.
