## What is Nagi?

Your morning weight swings by a kilogram from water and yesterday's dinner. Nagi (Japanese for "calm sea") puts the 7-day moving average front and center so the noise stops deciding your mood.

■ Log in 10 seconds
A custom keypad, your last value pre-filled, ±0.1 nudges. Body fat and notes are optional.

■ See the real trend
Daily readings are faint dots; the 7-day average is one clear line. When today's reading sits far from the average, Nagi says so honestly: probably temporary.

■ Distance to goal
Change since start, remaining to goal, and progress on one screen.

■ Apple Health sync (free)
Import weight your smart scale saved to Health, and export your log back to Health.

■ Nagi Pro (one-time purchase, no subscription)
• Pace (kg/week) over the last two weeks and the date you'd reach your goal at that pace
• Plateau detection and a warning when loss is too fast
• A one-tap "kept my meal targets" check, compared against your weight trend

■ The honest promise
• No ads, ever
• No account, no personal data collected
• Your log stays on this device
• CSV export is free; your data is yours
• Every price is shown up front. No subscriptions, no limited-time offers
