## What is Nagomi?

Nagomi is a flexible, reliable replacement for Apple's built-in Screen Time Downtime.

Downtime lets you set one blocking period per day. Nagomi lets you describe your actual day: usable in the morning, blocked 9:00–12:00, usable at lunch, blocked 13:00–18:00, usable in the evening. Each period can block a different set of apps, and weekdays can have their own schedules.

It works, and it proves it. Every scheduled boundary is recorded in an on-device log you can read and export. If a period didn't fire the way it should, Nagomi tells you.
