Our journey planner gives you the fastest connections, the exact distance you need to travel, footpaths, platform number and transfer time. Tippt man z.B. die drei ersten Buchstaben ein wird bereits ein Vorschlag gemacht, doch hört man auf zu tippen, weil der richtige Vorschlag angezeigt wird, springt die App nachträglich um auf neue Vorschläge die man dann versehentlich antippt. Das ist (zumindest auf dem iPhone) so dermaßen unfreundlich in der Bedienung, dass man jedes Mal wahnsinnig wird. Keine Ahnung wie das jemand absegnen konnte, aber mittlerweile ist das schon so lang der Fall, dass es Zeit wäre das bitte zu ändern. Vielen Dank dennoch für eure Arbeit. Hoffe ihr bekommt das in den Griff. ### 2/5 — Unzuverlässig und unintuitiv *2026-02-27, version 6.1.4* Leider ist die App unzuverlässig, Aktualisierungen von Abfahrtszeiten stimmen nicht, Verkehrsmittel fallen aus aber werden einfach verspätet angezeigt bis sie verschwinden und so weiter. Beim letzten Streik wurde angezeigt dass alle Verkehrsmittel fahren wären , was gar nicht stimmte. Was außerdem stört ist dass der Fußweg zu Haltestelle mit eingerechnet wird und so Busse die man locker noch erreichen könnte schon nicjt mehr angezeigt werden in der Suchanfrage. Einzig die JoTi Integration ging gut ### 3/5 — Gut gelungen aber *2026-02-09, version 6.1.4* Die App, vor allem nach der Neugestaltung, ist gut gelangen. Leider ist es nun so, dass die App kaum im Hintergrund läuft. Das hab ich sonst bei keiner App. Das finde ich wirklich sehr störend, da es bei der App sehr wichtig wäre. iPhone 16 pro ### 4/5 — Semesterticket aktualisiert sich nicht *2026-01-21, version 6.1.4* Seit dem neuen Update der App aktualisiert sich das Semesterticket nicht automatisch für den nächsten Monat. Ich musste das Ticket entfernen und neu hinzufügen ### 4/5 — Funktioniert seit Update gar nicht mehr *2026-01-21, version 6.1.4* Läuft aktuell gut ### 2/5 — Update nur teils hilfreich *2025-11-19, version 6.1.4* Seit dem Update bin ich unzufriedener mit der App. Super ist, dass man schneller und von überall direkt zum aktiven Ticket kommt. Die Erkunden-Seite ist meiner Meinung nach misslungen. Datum und Zeit setzen sich nach jeder Suche automatisch zurück, was sehr anstrengend ist und auch die Suche nach Haltestellen und Bahnhöfen ist erschwerter als vorher. Es kommen immer wieder Vorschläge die nicht unbedingt etwas mit der Eingabe zu tun haben. Auch das man die Verläufe der Busse nicht mehr einsehen kann ist schade. Die „Meine Reisen“ und Pendlerfahrten Speicher Option ist wiederrum sehr praktisch! ### 1/5 — Update aus der Hölle *2025-11-18, version 6.1.4* Was für eine Verschlimmbesserung! Seit dem Update ist die App für mich nur noch bedingt nutzbar, unter Zeitdruck schon mal gar nicht. Es ist leider alles sehr unübersichtlich und für reizempfindliche Menschen überfordernd. In der alten Version waren oft genutzte Verbindungen gespeichert und es hat nur einen Klick gebraucht. Diese Funktion fällt nun weg, stattdessen muss umständlich jede Haltestelle gesucht und eingeben werden. Die Übersicht von Abfahrten in der Nähe erschlägt einen förmlich, gerade bei vielbefahrenen Haltestellen. Bis ich da die richtige Busnummer in die richtige Richtung gefunden habe, ist der Bus längst verpasst und mein Blutdruck auf 180. ### 5/5 — Super Entwicklung *2025-11-11, version 6.1.2* Ich hatte die App früher schon mal und war nicht überzeugt und habe die App gelöscht. Jetzt habe ich dem Ganzen nochmal eine Chance gegeben und bin wirklich von der Entwicklung überzeugt. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und leicht zu verstehen. Auch optisch macht die App deutlich mehr her und ich kann meine Tickets ohne Probleme registrieren. ### 2/5 — Alles neu - Alles fehlerhaft *2025-11-08, version 6.1.2* Schönes Design aber technisch nicht so gut gelöst. Ich wurde abgemeldet und kenne mein Passwort nicht mehr - gut, mache ich Passwort vergessen, aber es kommt keine E-Mail. Dann registriere ich mich unter meiner alten E-Mail neu, was auf einmal funktioniert und mein D-Ticket ist auch hinterlegt. In der Gesamtschau etwas merkwürdig.
