## What is NAH.SHUTTLE?

Welcome to the NAHSHUTTLE App

In some regions of Schleswig-Holstein, on-demand transport services operate alongside traditional public transportation such as trains and buses. Some of these services can be booked conveniently and individually through the NAHSHUTTLE app.
All on-demand services that can be booked via the NAHSHUTTLE app are subject to the Schleswig-Holstein public transport fare system (SH fare). This means that journeys with NAHSHUTTLE cost the same as regular public transportation in Schleswig-Holstein. In some service areas, an additional convenience surcharge applies per booking.
You can pay for your ticket directly in the app. Alternatively, you can travel using a Deutschlandticket or a day pass, for example. If you already have a Deutschlandticket or another valid ticket, please select “Public Transport Ticket Available” in the app.

How it works:
• Enter your pickup and destination addresses in the NAHSHUTTLE app.
• The app will immediately show you which vehicle can pick you up, when, and at which (virtual) stop, as well as the (virtual) stop where you will be dropped off.
• Book the connection that suits you best.
• If you do not already have a valid public transport ticket, simply pay for your journey in the app using your saved payment method.
• You can track your vehicle’s location live in the app.
• When boarding, please show your booking code.
• Other passengers may join the ride during your journey. By sharing rides, we combine travel requests and help reduce traffic on the roads.
• Once you have reached your destination, we would appreciate your feedback and rating.

Ich fahre jetzt seit 2 Jahren mit diesem Unternehmen und bin ehrlich gesagt maßlos enttäuscht wie sie mit ihren Kunden umgehen. Ich werde gebannt wenn ich 1-2 min. zu spät komme und selbst machen die was sie wollen und lassen mich auch gerne mal sitzen. Schade das die sich an die DB lehnen.

Ps.: vertraut denen nicht was Pünktlichkeit angeht und rechnet lieber mit einer Stunde Fahrt die eigentlich in 20 min. Geregelt wäre und eine Stunde Verspätungen.

Betreff Region Olpenitz/ Kappeln: In der App NAH SH werden neben dem ÖPNV auch die Shuttle angezeigt - mit dem Verweis zur Buchung “nur über NAHSHUTTLE App”. App geladen, Verbindungen gesucht- weder Hin noch Zurück in der App verfügbar, zu KEINER Zeit! Auch die App selbst kein Highlight für 2025. Kreditkarten sollen hinterlegt werden, keine Bezahlmöglichkeiten wie ApplePay oder PayPal oder sonst was “Neumodisches”. Sofort gelöscht!

Hallo zusammen, manche Taxifahrer fragen nach Kindersitzen. Wie kann man den Kindersitz mit dem Kinderwagen transportieren? Ich finde, man sollte ihn im Auto lassen. Ich habe an einem Tag dreimal ein Auto bestellt und wurde jedes Mal abgewiesen. Ich wurde nicht an mein Ziel gebracht. Was bedeutet das? Ich kann es niemandem empfehlen, alles ist schlecht.

Liebe den Service und die App! Sie ist leicht zu bedienen und äußerst benutzerfreundlich gestaltet. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass man die Position des Shuttles sehen kann.

Bitte schreibt den Gästen warum es gecancelt wird und evtl. direkt ein Angebot für ein neues Shuttle. Es kann nicht sein das man erst 40 Minuten wartet auf seinen Fahrer dann soll er einen Kilometer entfernt sein und denn wird gecancelt.
