## What is Nail Salon POS?

Nail Salon Manager is the front desk of a nail salon, on a phone or tablet. It
works with the Wi-Fi off, keeps everything on your own device, and syncs between
your devices over the shop's own network — no account, no cloud, no monthly fee
for storage you already own.

BUILT AROUND HOW A NAIL SALON ACTUALLY WORKS

• Turn board — one ticket is one turn, not one service. A client who gets a fill
  plus a pedicure is one turn for that tech, not two. Requested clients don't eat
  a turn unless you say they do. Ties break by who clocked in first, so the board
  says the same thing on every device.

• Tickets — open one when a client sits down, add services and techs as you go,
  split a ticket between two techs, take cash, card, Zelle/Venmo or a gift card.
  It saves after every tap, so a locked screen or a dead battery never costs you
  a ticket.

• Tips done right — cash tips leave the drawer the moment the tech takes them,
  so your end-of-shift count actually matches. Card tips are held and paid out
  with payroll, listed separately.

• Payroll — commission, booth rent or hourly, in one table. Discounts are split
  across techs in proportion, never dumped on the first line. Booth rent counts
  calendar weeks, so "Today" doesn't charge somebody a whole week's chair.

• Cash drawer — what should be in the drawer right now, and where every dollar
  came from: tickets, gift card sales, tips paid out, supplies bought.

• Clients — visit history, the colours she likes, the products she reacts to,
  photos of past sets, and a reminder list that fills itself from the tickets you
  already rang up: due for a fill, birthday coming, hasn't been in for a while,
  no-showed, enough points for a reward.

• Appointments — day and week view, warns you when two bookings sit on the same
  tech at the same time.

• Gift cards — sold, spent and still owed, with the outstanding balance on one
  line, because that is money you have already taken for work not yet done.

• Receipts — print or share a proper receipt with your logo, your tax number and
  a QR code that takes a happy client straight to your review page.

SYNC WITHOUT A CLOUD

Two devices at the front desk, or one at the desk and one in your pocket. Point
the second device's camera at the first one's QR code and they are paired. Every
device keeps a full copy, so if the router dies you keep selling.

WORKS OUTSIDE THE US TOO

Switch prices to tax-inclusive for Australia, the UK and the EU, add your ABN or
VAT number to the receipt, and turn on consent-first reminders so nobody gets a
text who hasn't agreed to one.

FREE FOR SMALL SHOPS, NO ADS

Up to 3 techs, tickets, the turn board, appointments, receipts and today's
numbers are free for as long as you like, with no ads. When the shop grows,
Pro adds unlimited techs, payroll for any period, full reports, the client care
list, gift cards, backups and your logo on receipts; Business adds sync between
devices and PIN locks per staff member. Yearly plans start with a 14-day free
trial, and you can look around a sample salon before deciding. Buy on one
device and every device in the shop gets it. Plans are monthly or yearly
subscriptions that renew until cancelled; manage or cancel any time in your
store account.
