Nail Tech Pro Scheduler is a fantastic tool used to manage your time by maintaining a client focused schedule of your appointments that is utilized to track clients and their visits.   A client focused schedule of your appointments is the centerpiece.  Scheduler provides daily, weekly and monthly view of your appointments.  Integrated with your client contact info you can quickly send reminders, check out client and track your all financial results.

This comprehensive business app provides complete financial information including inventory control and Profit & Loss Info.   All information is maintained on your device and there is no need for connectivity or outside servers as is common with many of the more sophisticated business apps.

Scheduler - Your calendar on steroids.  Select client names from your contacts and add the service information to the appointment. Images from both the Camera and Album apps may be used for logo's and saved with your client information.

I'm a manicurist and I try to get something to help me out with my appointments. This is not worth it. It freezes very hard to understand. You have to purchase reminders through a text or email add an extra charge. Thumbs down.

Best app for nail techs.

Use to try to do all of this on my Windows computer with Office..very time consuming and cumbersome. So glad to be using this app.

Have it setup on my iPhone and iPad and also share my calendars with others in the shop.

Although there is a lot included in the app it's really all about the scheduler and reminders. Using the contacts you set your appointments. The app know which reminders are needed for the next day and formats them for you. Saves time and effort. Nice! Had some questions and a real person answered the phone and helped me.

We have been looking for an app like this forever!  Scheduler is used to keep track of your appointments, next you send the automatic reminders.  Finally, just a few taps to check the client out.  There is also a appointment confirmation and thank you message feature.  A real time saver all the way around.  Would recommend!

I have used this app for several years. It has had a few issues but overall works great. I now have a MacBook Air, but am unable to use it because it’s not comparable. Was told it would be a couple of
Months back in November. It’s now almost March. Frustrated at the slow process.

Was paying $20 a month previously AND extra credit card %.  Have saved $$$$ with this app.

Probably unrealistic to think you can do everything on a phone that you can do on a computer…have tried several apps including much more expensive ones.  This one is the best so far as it can record simply transactions very quickly and easily.  It also has more advanced capabilities that are only a few taps away.  Client Connect feature is unique and very helpful in getting emails and texts to clients.  Have used both email and phone support and both are responsive and helpful.

What I like most about this app is the ease of use.  They have really improved the calendar by reducing steps and adding the ability to use client contact info.  Also there are some cool features like the color coded monthly calendar view and the one click reminders.  It uses your existing calendar info and can copy all of yur contacts.  Reasonable one-time charge.
