某アプリに比べたら運営の対応はいい。セミナーあったり、ポイント貯まったり。でも契約してからもうすぐ一年だけど全然予約入らないから超マイナス。もうやめる

何度か通ったサロンの技術力の低さ（持ちの悪さ）やサロン内の清潔さについて正直なクチコミをしたかったが、反映されなかった。
ネイルブックはいいクチコミしか載らないというレビューを見て、なるほどと思いました。
サロン選びに影響が出ることなのでもう今後は使いません。

LINEで垢登録とログイン出来るらしいが、アプリで何回ログインしようとしても毎回ブラウザに飛ばされてログインは出来ません。時間の無駄です。できないなら最初からメニューに入れないで欲しい。

低評価の口コミはまず反映されないシステムのため、利用者の正直な感想はわかりようがなく、実際に行ってみないと良し悪しはわかりません。高評価なはずなのにびっくりするほどの仕上がりや、サロンだったということも多いです。利用者よりもだいぶ加盟しているネイルサロンよりで運営されている印象です。
