When the app works it's great! The print quality is sharp and colors pop! But... the app sometimes won't load, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, nothing but a blank screen.

The terms and conditions are not in English so I will not consent because I don’t know what I’m agreeing to, also trying to upload photos it’s telling me every single photo (tried 32) is telling me “adult image locked” I was trying for photos of my dog, my Christmas tree, my cat, me, painting on my wall of designs, none on f the photos were inappropriate or adult content. 
I’m returning this product. False advertising saying you can upload personal photos when every photo is marked “adult”.

I like it, but I like to use regular nail polish so it peels the first day. I haven’t used it for months because I tried different methods. I don’t remember trying gel, but I want to use nail polish… maybe I’ll give the gel a try one day and update this. I love the concept etc. also wish there was more designs, ways to move them better and make you’re own. More colors or make your own.

Hi I want I got the NailPOP printer recently and downloaded the app and I’m haven problems uploading my images to the nails also my app keeps signing me out and it keeps going back in Korean I need help please on how to get my printer working and how I can upload my phone images to the nails

I love this app! I am getting mine soon so right now I’m just playing on the app until I get mine. but the app does crash a lot also it likes to make you sign in all the time and it goes in and out of English… other than that I can’t wait to print my nails!
