Awful. Do not use this app. I was having constant issues and reached out with no response. was great at first and then just kept going downhill from there. Would not recommend.

The app is set up so nicely I loved it but there are so many malfunctions, the app keeps going down my clients or new clients can’t book, pay deposits or remaining amount because sometimes it’ll say “error”. I’ve had to reach out to receive my payments I even upgraded to premium thinking I’d get paid quicker and it still takes up to 5 days to revive money I worked for it’s not instant pay and no one has time for that !

I like the features I know the app is still pretty new and with time they are making improvements but a big 🚩for me is my clients have to make a profile just to book an appointment, idk whats the big deal with that but people just dont like the extra step for a nail appointment.

I love the app, it’s helped me so much but I don’t like that I need premium in order for clients to pay me in cash. The app wants me to pay through them, which is linked to stripe but I can’t even get into stripe after setting everything up through this app and have lost money now and can’t ask for deposits because I can’t find out where it’s going. On top of that the store function is always messing up, I have a full cart and can’t even look at it it never loads fully and when purchasing the top coats it’s confusing there’s like 3 different bundles of glossy & matte top coats? And the one that says top & base coat shows Glossy & matte so I’m confused. Other than those few issues it has been great for bookings. I just hope these things get fixed since I am paying premium.

I love how easy it is to block out time for breaks or personal appointments, if you're a\ professional nail tech looking for an all in one scheduling solution that saves time and helps you stay on top of your day, I highly recommend this app!

This app is so great for independent or at home nail techs! This app is clearly made for us and is so user friendly while also being super affordable. I absolutely recommend for Nail Techs to try this! They also have an online nail store and they sell my favorite brand MakarttPro and have all their products! Def give it a try!
